DOUBT ME NOT - Denied clear racing room throughout the home straight. Driver S Walkinshaw reported he was unable to activate the removable deafeners applied to the gelding due to the cord becoming entangled.
RUNNING ON EMPTY - When spoken to regarding the performance trainer/driver B McLellan explained the gelding had worked hard early when challenged for the lead and this had taken its toll.
UNLOADED - Hung inwards leaving the final bend when held up for clear racing room.
BROADWAY BANNER - Hung outwards throughout the home straight.
BEN WASHINGTON - Placed in restricted room late in the run home and had to be steadied.
GOTTA BE DOWNTOWN - A post-race veterinary examination was requested after the horse had been coughing upon returning to the stabling area which revealed low grade airway inflammation. A veterinary clearance will be required prior to the filly resuming.
CHANGE UP DULC - The required veterinary clearance was received. Paced roughly throughout. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts.

Race 2	FLUIDMASTER TROT Video
czr9gFUhHFI HUMBLE LADD - Broke at the start losing considerable ground. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts at the request of trainer P Williamson.
THE BADGER - Broke racing into the first bend. Driver K Franks was warned to ensure he takes a breaking runner clear of the field at the earliest opportunity in future.
STILL EYRE - Checked and broke racing into the first bend.
MISS BAMBOOCHA - Broke shortly after the start.
ROBBIE ROYALE - Hung outwards in the home straight.
TOPNOTCH EAGLE - Hampered racing into the first bend.
GLENDHU GEM - Broke passing the 1200 metres.
AMBRO AMEIGO - Late scratching at 8.48am on veterinary advice. Stood down pending a clearance.

Race 3	WATTS BACKFLOW JUNIOR DRIVERS MOBILE PACE Video
vWXkrgii254 BLACK OPS - Hung outwards on the bends throughout. Crowded near the 500 metres and had to be steadied. Momentarily placed in restricted room late in the run home.
JILAIRE'S MAC - Weakened from the 600 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a tendon injury to the right front leg. The connections were advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to JILAIRE'S MAC resuming.
CARLO GAMBINO - Held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the final straight.
KINGSLAYER - Broke in the score-up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the gelding. Paced roughly in the early stages. Shifted outwards marginally late in the run home. Driver B Hope was warned for the manner he shifted ground near the 500 metres when placing an inside runner in restricted room.
MACHS MARETA - Out of position at the start. Junior driver M Purvis was issued with a warning.
SHELBY BROMAC - Out of position at the start. Junior driver T Dewe was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice. In taking this course of action Stewards were mindful Mr Dewe had previously been cautioned in regards to this. Hung inwards late in the run home.

Race 4	RHEEM DAIRY CYLINDERS MOBILE PACE Video
6eHXwNmrUVk ART DOTTIE - Paced roughly and broke near the 350 metres. Again paced roughly leaving the final bend.
SHERRY BABY - Hung outwards and broke shortly after the start checking a trailing runner. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the filly. Driver B Orange reported that the filly had raced greenly throughout.
LOVE THE BLUES - Hung inwards through the middle stages. Hung outwards near the 300 metres checking MISS V C which paced roughly. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
MOTU TOP MACH - Driver D Dunn reported he did not activate the removal deafeners applied to the gelding due to having the field covered.
WOLFENSTEIN - Broke in the score-up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the gelding.
RAKAMOO - Checked shortly after the start. Over-raced and hung outwards racing into the first bend.
MISS V C - Checked near the 300 metres and paced roughly.

TRIPLE VC - Over-raced passing the 1400 metres when being restrained to trail and continued to race keenly in the middle stages.
ZENOLA'S ART - Over-raced in the middle stages. A post-race veterinary examination including an endoscopic examination was carried out after trainer K Barclay reported that the filly had some nasal discharge following the race with this revealing no abnormalities.
CULLENS AVENUE - Over-raced in the early stages. Hung inwards throughout the final straight.
ONE DIRECTION - Locked wheels with LOMA JACCKA near the 500 metres.
LOMA JACCKA - Locked wheels with ONE DIRECTION near the 500 metres.
ANSETT FLIGHT - Held up rounding the final bend.
IDEAL BREEZE - Driver A Beck reported that the mare had been making respiratory noises over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed inflammation to the airway and a possible soft palate displacement. A veterinary clearance will be required prior to the mare's resumption.
Following the running of this event the track conditions were downgraded to Slushy.

AVA GOLDEN TRIO - Raced wide in the early stages. Weakened leaving the final bend. Driver A Beck was warned for half-carting near the 1800 metres.
ROCKNTOMMY RULZ - Raced wide from the 700 metres. Weakened on the final bend. When spoken to regarding the performance junior driver B Hope reported he was slightly disappointed with the effort. Stewards will follow up the recovery of gelding with trainers G & N Hope in the coming days.
BRING BACK BUCK - Weakened leaving the final bend.
FUN IN THE DARK - Paced roughly near the 450 metres.

NAVAJO ART - Raced wide on the final bend. Briefly locked wheels with ROCKABALL in the home straight.
ROCKABALL - Hung inwards and paced roughly near the 1200 metres. Briefly locked wheels with NAVAJO ART in the home straight. When questioned regarding the tactics he adopted near the 1200 metres driver B Barclay explained that he felt HARRYDAHORSE which he was trailing was improving to the lead and he was reluctant to progress forward as his runner was not suited to racing without cover.
HARRYDAHORSE - Raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1600 metres.
DANGEROUS - Raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1400 metres. Driver B Orange reported he was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
TIZIANO - Raced wide from the 700 metres.
JODY DIREEN - Raced wide in the early stages. Held up on the final bend.
SCHWEINSTEIGER - Over-raced in the middle stages. Broke near the 300 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a minor abrasion to the right fore pastern.
BETTOR B READY - Held up on the final bend.
I'MALLABOUTTHEBASE - Over-raced in the early stages. Again over-raced passing the 800 metres. Paced roughly in the home straight.

uYvkFjCf7oA WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - Hung inwards and paced roughly in the score-up and was back slightly at the start. Crowded near the 500 metres and had to be steadied. Paced roughly on the final bend.
MIGHTY CONQUEROR - Over-raced in the early stages.
JABALI - Raced wide in the early stages. Driver B Orange was warned for the manner he drove approaching the 500 metres when crowding WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE which had to be steadied.
PASS THE SPEIGHTS - Raced wide in the early stages. Held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight.
SMOOTH MARA - Paced roughly in the score-up. Raced wide in the early stages.
ESPECIAL - Out of position at the start. Driver D Dunn was issued with a warning. Over-raced in the middle stages. Driver D Dunn will be spoken to regarding the manner he drove rounding the final bend.
YOUNG CONQUEROR - Held up on the final bend.

CANARDLY REMEMBER - Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was cleared to race after arriving at the start with blood present in the mouth. Raced wide in the early stages. Over-raced in the middle stages.
ANNIE FITZ - Broke in the score-up and failed to settle for some distance losing considerable ground. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts. Held up on the final bend. Shifted inwards when being driven out passing the 100 metres. Junior driver C Purvis was spoken to advisedly.
KAGEE VC - Raced wide in the early stages.
DOUBLE RAINBOW - Raced wide in the early stages.
IWANADANCEWITSUMBODY - Out of position at the start. Driver K Larsen was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice.
