The JCA released their decision on 25 May with Mr Ferguson's Horseman's licence being suspended from the conclusion of racing at tonight's meeting upto and including 7 June 2018 (3 days).

BROOKS BELLE - broke passing the 150 metres and failed to settle. Disqualified from 5th placing by the JCA for galloping in excess of 50 metres in the final 200 metres.
LORD ROYDON - began badly and galloped a considerable distance before settling. Broke again near the 300 metres losing all chance.
LITTLEBITOFLOVE - back a length at dispatch. Broke passing the 900 metres losing considerable ground.
SWINGING - broke near the 300 metres losing its chance.
SAFRAKOVA - broke shortly after the start and trailed the field.

QUICK AS FIRE - raced lethargically score up and was back from position despite the efforts of Driver K. Marshall.

Mq3Sk4qtm0Q THE HULK - a false start was declared at the first attempt after this horse broke in the early stages of the score up and was late filling its position which resulted in SUNDEES SON being unable to take up its correct position of Barrier 1 on the second row. A warning was placed on the entire's mobile barrier manners.
FRANCO NADAL - began badly at the re-start losing all chance.
PUMA ROAD - trotted roughly latter stages of the score up and was back from position at dispatch.
SUNDEES SON - held up early final turn before shifting ground outwards to obtain clear running but then broke approaching the 150 metres losing its chance.

OlYe1GJvCKg MOTU BELLE DU JOUR - broke approaching the 1300 metres checking trailing runners and trailed the field. A final warning was placed on the mare's racing manners record.
POCKET MISS - checked approaching the 1300 metres.
LINCOLN'S GIRL - raced three wide early.
ARMA INDIE - broke in the score up losing all chance. Driver J. Dunn when questioned regarding performance stated that he attributed the gallop in the score up to the filly being too fresh having not raced for a month and that connections would be increasing the filly's workload in the coming week along with possible gear changes and would advise Stewards accordingly. A final warning was placed on the filly's mobile barrier manners record.
MY BOY BOO - had some difficulty obtaining clear running near the 100 metres.
MADAM SECRETARY - checked approaching the 1300 metres.
TROUBADOR - inconvenienced when having to take evasive action passing the 1300 metres. Raced three wide middle stages before crossing to race outside the leader near the 700 metres.
CHILLYSJUSTAMASTER - inconvenienced when having to take evasive action passing the 1300 metres.

Race 5	WOODLANDS STUD MILE HIGH SERIES MOBILE PACE Video
x-HXLdaBMQI SLY ELEANOR - had to be eased passing the 1400 metres as RUEBE STAR crossed down to trail the leader. Held up over the early stages of the run home.
DOUBLE O HEAVEN -paced roughly for several strides when entering the first turn when being eased to take a trail. Held up rounding the final bend and shifted wider on the track to get clear running passing the 150 metres.
SHEZA SPRINGFIELD - raced three wide with cover final 1000 metres.
THREE KISSES - raced three wide early until improving forward to sit outside the leader at the 1000 metres, weakened in the run home.
CHRISTANNA - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
IVANA FLYBYE - inconvenienced shortly after the start when having to be restrained off the back of SHEZA SPRINGFIELD which was eased out of the gate. Raced three wide with cover throughout.
DELIGHT MY SOUL - raced three wide without cover for the majority of the race.

THE PERSUADER - over-raced middle stages when outside the leader after HELENA IDEAL improved to its outside.
VANHALEM - raced three wide early before being restrained to the rear near the 1100 metres.
LA PRIX - held up early final turn.
HELENA IDEAL - raced three wide without cover from the 1100 metres. Locked wheels briefly with MAKE WAY near the 200 metres.

This mare underwent a veterinary examination which revealed no obvious abnormalities. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier manners of TERESKOVA.
WOODSTONE - Trainer R Dunn was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for presenting the gelding without the notified pacifier.
SOL INVICTUS - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
KD HALL - broke near the 350 metres losing its chance.
REALMEIN - back from position over the latter stages of the score up. Broke near the 1400 metres losing all chance.
