Mr O'Reilly defended a breach of Rule 869(2) alleging that he was in contravention of Clause (f) of the Use Of Whip Regulations for the manner he used his whip prior to the 400 metres. After viewing the replays and hearing the evidence, the JCA upheld the charge and Mr O'Reilly was fined $500. | |
