SUPER FAST PAT - broke at start losing considerable ground.
TOLKIEN - out of position at dispatch. Driver K Larsen was issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $100.
WEE MAN TROUBLE - out of position at dispatch despite the efforts of Driver D Dunn. A warning was placed on the barrier record of this gelding. Trotted roughly and was inclined to lay inwards over the concluding stages with Mr Dunn unable to drive it out with vigour in consequence.
OUR EMIRATE - weakened from the 400 metres.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT - trotted roughly on final bend.
THUNDER BUDDY - inconvenienced by breaking runner in early stages. Raced keenly for a brief period near the 1200 metres.

IDEAL CONQUEST - paced roughly shortly after the start and had to be steadied.
MARTIN MCGUINNESS - locked wheels briefly with BOLD RULER near the 400 metres.

DOUBLE RAINBOW - Driver D Dunn advised Stewards that he did not utilise the passing lane due to his gelding locking on the inside rein and wanting to shift up the track. He explained that he allowed it to shift outwards as opposed to waiting for the passing lane as he believed he would have had difficulty shifting it down the track.
IWANADANCEWITSUMBODY - inconvenienced near the 400 metres. Held up on the home turn.

HUMBLE LADD - trotted roughly and was slow over the early stages. Broke over concluding stages.
WHATASISTA - broke at start losing considerable ground. Placed on the Unruly for future Standing Starts at the request of Trainer C McLeod.
GRACE O'MALLEY - inclined to lay inwards throughout the home straight.
BARHAM BELLE - weakened on home turn.
MONIBURNS - tangled at start.
THE BADGER - removed from the Unruly for future Standing Starts.
AMBRO AMEIGO - hung inwards middle stages of run home.

ELVA JACCKA - Junior Driver M Anderson advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
THE BULL PEN - held up early stages of the run home.
MISTY MEMORY - became awkwardly placed to the wheel of MY GEORGIE BOY near the 1650 metres and had to be steadied.

FRANCO HUNTINGTON - weakened final bend.
GO GETTA - hung inwards and broke negotiating the first bend losing ground.
ANSETT FLIGHT - improved wide without cover in the middle stages. Driver P Hunter was fined $200 for using his whip on more occasions than permitted by Clause (b) of the Use of the Whip Regulations.
WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - held up in the home straight.
EASTWOOD CHIEFTAIN - inclined to lay outwards in the home straight.

BETTORS ATOM - over raced when being restrained early stages.
I'MALLABOUTTHEBASE - Driver C Ferguson informed Stewards that the filly received a more advantageous draw today which contributed to her improved performance.
THEODORA HOPE - raced keenly nearing the 1200 metres.
RAKAGEM - held up home turn.
COMPLETE PACKAGE - hung inwards on home turn.
PETE'S DASH - held up final bend.
 
Race 7RYAL BUSH TRANSPORT LTD NUGGET FINAL (MOBILE PACE)Video  Video 
VINTAGE CHEDDAR - over raced at the 1600 metres when being restrained to trail. Over raced again rounding the final bend when held up.
FLASH PARTY - worked through the middle stages to gain the lead near the 1200 metres. Weakened from the 400 metres. When questioned in regards to the performance Driver B Barclay advised he was disappointed with the effort. A post race veterinary check revealed no obvious abnormalities with the connections advising that they will be sending the filly for a spell.
DANGEROUS - held up final bend and in the run home with Driver D Dunn having no opportunity to activate the removable gear.
BROADWAY BANNER - required a sulky change prior to the start causing a slight delay.

ESPECIAL - raced keenly around the final bend. Placed Driver D Dunn in some difficulty when racing greenly when exiting the final bend when looking for racing room.
FIDDLETHEFOOL - paced roughly nearing the 50 metres.
