Race 1 - MAGNESS BENROW HANDICAP TROT

Trainer T Herlihy advised Stewards on 25 April that FORGET THE PRICE TAG was treated for muscle soreness following its disappointing performance on 20 April and is now continuing with its preparation.

Race 4 - WOODLANDS STUD CADUCEUS CLUB 2YO FILLIES CLASSIC (MOB PACE)

Co-Trainer D McGowan advised Stewards on 23 April that blood tests taken from ONE KOOL KAT revealed some minor abnormalities but notwithstanding this the filly worked well on Monday. Mr McGowan added that an overcheck will be added to its gear for Friday and a further blood test will be taken before the run as a precaution.

Race 6 - HR FISKEN & SONS 2018 ANZAC CUP (MOBILE TROT)

Trainer P Iggo advised Stewards on 25 April that BORDEAUX has been sent for a spell and will not take its place in the Rowe Cup on Friday.

SHE REIGNS - inclined to shift out under pressure during the run home.

Race 2	CANADIAN KATIES KIWI CAPER MOBILE PACE Video

RUNCLE - raced three wide early.
MRS ZIPPY - raced three wide early and again three wide from the 1400 metres. Tired from the 300 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
PRINCE TUDOR - raced three wide from the 1200 metres. Forced four wide near the 700 metres. Tired final stages.
IDEALISTIC - held up early final turn.
MANIHIKI PEARL - over-raced middle stages. Raced three wide from the 1000 metres.
BUBBLES O'LEARY - Driver P Butcher advised he raced four wide from inside the 500 metres and weakened inside the final 200 metres. He further stated that he was pleased with the mare's run as it was its first start for four months.
SOME CHANGE - when questioned regarding the improved performance Trainer S Telfer explained that the gelding was one paced and had been suited with racing outside the leader in tonight's event with a solid tempo throughout in what was the gelding's third run for the stable after a spell. Mr Telfer further explained that tonight's event was probably a drop back in class and that the gelding had not been suited to the way the race had been run at its previous start when taking a trail during the middle stages after having worked three wide early.

Race 3	BROGDEN HORSE TRANSPORT MOBILE PACE Video
zVtwV-Te800 LINC'S BUTE GIRL - led up before commencing to give ground on the final turn. Briefly locked wheels near the 100 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Driver Z Butcher advised that after being challenged for the lead early the filly over-raced and again raced too keenly for its own good in the middle stages when the two wide line was improving forward. Weakened in the run home and was checked momentarily near the 100 metres when tiring. Mr Butcher advised that he would be recommending gear changes to the connections in an attempt to getting the filly to relax in the running.
WOMENINLEAGUE - broke in the score up and was back from position at despatch. A warning was placed on the mare's mobile barrier manners.
ASHLEY TISDALE - raced three wide early. Commenced to tire inside the 800 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer/Driver J Abernethy advised that he would be no longer persevering with the filly as a racing proposition from his stables.
SLY ELEANOR - hung in rounding the first turn.
ARDEN'S SILHOUETTE - locked wheels briefly near the 100 metres.

n9LF7bBET-8 EXPRESS PLAY - improved from the 1500 metres to race outside the leader near the 1150 metres. Commenced to give ground passing the 700 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SHANDANCE - raced three wide for the first 600 metres.
RACKETEERS BOY - raced three wide early.
FOUR STARZZZ LEGEND - no claims were lodged.
JAMIESON SHARD - raced three wide middle stages.
MEGATRON - raced three wide from the 1300 metres.
HIGHVIEW ILLUSION - over-raced middle stages. Raced three wide from the 1050 metres.

SWEET MAGGIE RYAN - raced three wide early and middle stages.
SHANWAY - held up early final turn.

FLYING TAINE - held up early final turn and did not obtain clear running until inside the final 100 metres.
FRANCO NADAL - removed from the unruly list for standing starts.
NEED LUCK - broke for a couple of strides and was slow away.
LUCK OF THE MOMENT - broke at the 1800 metres. Broke again passing the 800 metres and was retired from the event.

DESTINED FOR HEAVEN - broke approaching the winning post on the first occasion and trailed the field throughout. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners record.
SOMEWHEREINBROOKLYN - over-raced middle stages when ROYAL LINCOLN improved to its outside approaching the 1100 metres.
ARDENT LUSTRE - tired from the 600 metres. A post race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing performance record.

HERE WE ARE - broke entering the first turn, taken down inside the marker line to avoid the trailing runners, and then trailed the field throughout.
LITTLEBITOFLOVE - Driver J Abernethy advised that he was unable to activate the deafeners due to the release cord becoming entangled.
MON ARCHIE WAY - broke near the 500 metres.
AWA CATHRINE - broke shortly after the start trailing the field throughout. A warning was placed on the mare's standing start manners.
LUNDQVIST - inconvenienced shortly after the start by a galloping runner. Trotted roughly approaching the 600 metres.
SWINGING - broke at the start losing ground before settling.

Race 10	MARK WALTON FAREWELL MOBILE PACE Video

CHARLIE HARPER - lay out late in the score up.
WHALE RIDER - lay out leaving the back straight the final time which enabled the trailing runner to improve to its inside near the 400 metres. WHALE RIDER shifted out further in the run home when under pressure. Amateur Driver S Philips was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home in future.
VANHALEM - back a length at dispatch. Amateur Driver C Sharpe was warned to maintain his position at the start in future.
THE PERSUADER - raced four back on the markers. Improved three wide with cover from the 700 metres. Shifted wider 300 metres and finished strongly into 3rd place beaten 1/2 length.
