EMILY BLUNT - contacted the off side sulky wheel of ROYAL LINCOLN near the 650 metres. Junior Driver F Schumacher admitted a charge under 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly in this incident. After hearing submissions as to penalty the JCA imposed a fine of $250. | |
