| DARK HORSE - permission was granted to leave the track and replace the sulky after sustaining a punctured sulky tyre in the preliminary with the track sulky not suitable. When spoken to regarding the mare's performance, trainer/driver N Williamson advised the mare had trotted roughly under pressure and had disappointed him with her efforts over the final stages. A post-race veterinary examination showed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with the connections in the coming days. | |
