MARTIN MCGUINNESS - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
ALLONBLACK - gave ground rapidly from the 700 metres. When questioned regarding the performance driver D Dunn could offer no tangible explanation. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities.
NORTHVIEW BETTA - held up early stages of the home straight.
TWO PLY - raced wide from the 1300 metres. Driver B McLellan was spoken to regarding the manner he drove over the concluding stages when removing his foot from the sulky footrest.
GRACE BURNS - held up for clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the home straight.
HIGHLAND GIRL - over-raced middle stages.

BETTY BOO - broke during the score up checking second-line runners resulting in a false start being declared. Driver D Dunn elected to remain in his allocated barrier position for the restart. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the mare. Gave ground rounding the final bend, with driver D Dunn unable to offer any tangible explanation. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a poor recovery and an elevated heart rate. A veterinary clearance is required prior to BETTY BOO racing next. Trainer T Stratford advised he would no longer be persevering with the mare from his stable.
CHINOOK WINDS - had difficulty obtaining clear running over the final 150 metres.
RAZCAL ALLEY - held up final bend.
HOT STARFF - paced roughly entering the first bend. Raced wide in the early stages.
EXCELLENT - raced wide in the early stages until passing the 900 metres.
JANUARY JONES - weakened final bend after racing wide throughout.
GOTTA GOOD LOOKER - raced wide throughout. Held up rounding the final bend and throughout the home straight going to the line without being fully tested by its driver.
MY BLUE HEAVEN - held up by a tiring runner rounding the final bend and near the 300 metres shifted outwards momentarily hampering an outside runner. Driver S Tomlinson was advised to exercise care when shifting ground in future.
MISS MUNRO - held up rounding the final bend and near the 300 metres had to be steadied when awkwardly positioned near the sulky wheel of MY BLUE HEAVEN (S Tomlinson) which shifted outwards to obtain clear running.
FLEUR GALLEON - held up in the early stages of the home straight.

VINCENZO DENARIO - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
LADY'S LASS - weakened on the final bend.
ROMAN REBEL - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BETTOR ROCK AGAIN - broke at the start.
THE HEART RULZ - weakened on the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver N Williamson expressed disappointment with the gelding's effort and could offer no tangible explanation. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities. Trainer B Gray advised he would be making gear alterations prior to THE HEART RULZ racing next. Driver N Williamson was cautioned for removing his foot from the sulky footrest in the home straight.
LIVERPOOL PEG - weakened on the final bend.
VON RICHTHOFEN - weakened from the 500 metres.
PARTICULAR - hampered at the start. Hung inwards and paced roughly when being improved forward near the 600 metres, then again through the early stages of the home straight.
HANDSOME MAC - hampered at the start. Weakened on the final bend.
EASTON KARERE - weakened on the final bend.

TIZIANO - hung outwards throughout the home straight and over the concluding stages made contact with the sulky of ROCKING ROBYN.
AVEROSS FERRARI - hung outwards in the score up and was back slightly at dispatch. Driver M Hurrell reported that he would be recommending a rein pricker be added to the gelding's gear. Raced wide in the early stages. Held up final bend and in the early stages of the home straight.
ROCKING ROBYN - paced roughly when placed under pressure passing the 50 metres, then over the concluding stages was contacted by inside runner. Driver C Ferguson advised that his chances had not been affected with dividends being duly authorised.
PAY MASTER - weakened on the final bend. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities.
JETENARA - hung inwards near the 500 metres becoming awkwardly positioned near the sulky wheel of another runner.
ELLNBAC - out of position despite the efforts of driver B McLellan. Held up on the final bend.
SENORITA MARGARITA - out of position at the candy pole. Driver K Barclay was issued with a warning.

BETTA GO FERNCO - hung outwards passing the 1700 metres when being restrained to take a trailing position. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the early stages of the home straight.
TIGER THOMPSON - hung inwards when placed under pressure in the home straight.
GOTTA DEL - raced wide on the final bend.

MASS INVASION - hampered near the 1700 metres.
OUR BUDD - weakened from the 500 metres.
WAR MACHINE - broke briefly near the 1700 metres when leading. Trotted roughly in the home straight, with driver D Dunn advising that he did not activate the removable deafeners.
SAM GALLEON - weakened from the 400 metres. When questioned regarding the performance driver B Williamson advised he was disappointed with the gelding's effort however could offer no tangible explanation. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no abnormalities.
SPOTLIGHT THE VALLEY - broke near the 1700 metres and failed to settle losing its chance.

THE RED ROBBER - broke entering the first bend.
TILLY PATRON - broke shortly after the start. Hampered by a breaking runner entering the first bend. Weakened on the final bend.
SPORTZSTAR - held up rounding the final bend.
WESTERN DELIGHT - held up rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight having to be angled wider on the track to obtain clear running.
HIGHVIEW JUSTICE - paced roughly in the early stages.
GOT A BEAUTY - held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight. Junior driver M Hurrell (assisted by senior horseman A Suddaby) admitted a breach of Rule 869(2)(a) in that he used his whip in an excessive manner over the final 400 metres. After hearing submissions on penalty the JCA suspended Mr Hurrell's horseman's licence from the conclusion of racing on 19 November up to and including 26 November 2017 (3 days).
ROZZANO - weakened leaving the final bend. Driver C Ferguson reported that his sulky tyre deflated during the running.

MATAI WILL - held up by a weakening runner on the final bend, then had difficulty obtaining clear running in the early stages of the home straight.
CAPTAIN THUNDERBOLT - hung inwards in the early stages. Over-raced for a distance passing the 1800 metres. Driver M Williamson reported the gelding had pulled hard through the early and middle stages.
RUNNING ON EMPTY - weakened from the 600 metres. Driver B McLellan reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre during the running.
ALLIE - weakened on the final bend.
MAJOR MCRAE - raced wide in the early stages until near the 1800 metres.
DISMARA - obliged to improve its position wide from the 700 metres.
BETTOR OPTION - driver B Williamson defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he permitted the gelding to shifted inwards near the 700 metres checking HARRYDAHORSE which paced roughly and lost ground, with the matter being adjourned by the JCA sine die.
DIRECT CONTROL - hung outwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. Paced roughly when leading passing the 800 metres.
HARRYDAHORSE - hung outwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. Checked and lost ground near the 700 metres after contacting the sulky wheel of BETTOR OPTION (B Williamson).
BROADWAY BANNER - unable to maintain its position in the field passing the 1700 metres and was subsequently retired from the event. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the colt had suffered an atrial fibrillation. A veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG will be required prior to BROADWAY BANNER racing next.
THE MAROON MARAUDER - paced roughly, broke then veered outwards abruptly near the 250 metres checking MAJOR MCRAE. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.

MONIBURNS - held up early stages of the home straight.
BELMONT'S GREATEST - hung inwards entering the first bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver C Ferguson expressed disappointment with the gelding's effort however could offer no tangible explanation. Mr Ferguson advised he would have BELMONT'S GREATEST examined by his personal veterinarian in the coming days and report back any abnormalities to Stewards.
JACCKA JOSH - broke at the start. Weakened on the final bend.
JEDDY R YA READY - proved fractious prior to the start then failed to step away as the tapes were released. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SHE'S ALLTHE CRAZE - held up on the final bend when trailing a weakening runner.
EYRE'S A RAG DOLL - weakened on the final bend.
AMBRO AMEIGO - declared a late scratching at 9.30am acting on veterinary advice.
THE POWER BROKER - trotted roughly and was unable to maintain its position with the field from the 900 metres.
TOPNOTCH EAGLE - hampered at the start. Weakened on the final bend. A post-race endoscopic examination revealed mucous present in the lower trachea, with a veterinary clearance required prior to the gelding racing next.
LAURA BUSH - trotted roughly throughout the home straight.

KIWI ON SHOW - held up early stages of the home straight.
IDEAL CONQUEST - Stewards questioned driver M Anderson regarding the tactics he adopted in the early stages when electing to challenge for the lead for a distance when there was an opportunity to restrain his mare and obtain cover behind KIWI ON SHOW. Mr Anderson explained that he was instructed to take up a forward position in the running which was its normal racing pattern and that the mare had over-raced during the score up and in the early stages. Mr Anderson stated that due to IDEAL CONQUEST's racing tendency he believed that by improving the mare into a leading position, it would be a more preferred option in an attempt to relax her. Stewards noted Mr Anderson's comments.
ERIN JACCKA - hung inwards and struck track markers on the final bend.
MISS FANDANGO - had difficulty obtaining clear running throughout the home straight.
REPARTEE - obliged to improve its position wide from the 700 metres.
SOMEJOY - raced wide through the early and middle stages until reaching a leading position near the 600 metres.

FRANCO HUNTINGTON - weakened from the 1200 metres. Stewards requested a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. A veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG is required prior to FRANCO HUNTINGTON racing next.
THE NIGHT HAWK - raced wide in the early stages being restrained to obtain cover. Lay inwards under pressure passing the 150 metres becoming awkwardly positioned near the sulky wheel of another runner. Paced roughly near the 100 metres.
SIMPLE PLEASURE - over-raced in the early and middle stages. Inconvenienced by a weakening runner for a distance passing the 1200 metres.
SOUTHBOUND TRAIN - held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight.
ARGYLE BEACH - improved wide during the middle stages. When questioned regarding the performance driver S Walkinshaw could offer no tangible explanation. Mr Walkinshaw advised that it would be the stable's intention to have blood tests taken in the coming days which will be followed up by Stewards.
CULLENS AVENUE - hung outwards during the score up and was out of position at dispatch. Hung inwards rounding the final bend striking several track markers.
SHARE THE ROAD - back several lengths from the Unruly position. Held up briefly near the 300 metres.
