SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. RATINGS-BASED SYSTEM TRIAL: This programme represents the start of a ratings Based System Trial.Approved by the HRNZ Board it is a likely indication of the Programme that will be in place for this meeting.While the General Conditions of All Programmes will apply as overarching Regulations, there will be exceptions written into the final programme that will cover off the requirements within the Ratings System.

2. ONE NOMINATION: Trainers are advised that a horse may only be nominated for One Race at this meeting. Trainers do however have the right to Transfer their horse(s) following the close of Nominations. The Club reserves the right to transfer any horse deemed necessary, unless trainers specify that their horse(s) is NOT to be Transferred.

3. ALTERATIONS TO PROGRAMME: Some alterations may be made to this programme after nominations are taken to ensure the fullest possible fields from the nominations and to allow as many horses as possible a start. Concessions for concession claiming junior drivers may be programmed if the club is advised of this by the closing time for withdrawals.

4. RESTRICTED PROGRAMME: Owners and Trainers please note that this programme is restricted to a ten race programme. Additional races have been programmed in order to maximise the number of nominations for the meeting.The final make up of the fileds will be determined as indicated in the special conditions for alterations to programme.

5. ATC MINIMUM TRAINER PAYMENT: If as a trainer you choose to race your horse at Alexandra Park you will receive a minimum payment of $150.00 GST exclusive per starter. The payment of $150.00 is inclusive of any trainer percentage included in the stake received. Please contact the club should further clarification be required.

6. HRNZ 'OTHER STARTERS' STAKES SUPPLEMENT: An additional stakes supplement of $50 will be paid over the Programmed stake to horses placed further back than fourth in all totalisator races less than $20,000.
