For Preferential Barrier Draw Based on: Sex (fillies and mares drawn inside colts, geldings and entires) using the track grid. For R40 to R60 4yo-&-older pacers. This race is for Junior Drivers only and has a Preferential Barrier Draw Based on: Rating using the track grid. Rating Penalty Free Race. Selection preference will be given to those horses who have not previously won a Penalty Free Drivers Race. Where possible and to balance the mix of the R40 and Faster races, this race will be selected from the top rating downwards. Acceptance fee: Nil

8,9,10  -  R40 & FASTER MOBILE PACE   2200m

For R40 & faster pacers. These fields to be divided based on ratings. Preferential barrier draws may apply should there be a sufficiently wide spread in the ratings in any of these races. Please Note: The highest rating race from races 8 to 10 will be run as a 2700m Discretionary Handicap (standing start) with marks set based on nominations. The lower rated races will be run for a stake of $14,500 and the highest rating race for a stake of $17,000. Acceptance fee: Nil

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. RATINGS PROGRAMME: This programme is ratings based. It is a likely indication of the programme that will be in place for this meeting. Where it is required changes will be made to the final programme after the close of withdrawals. Please Note: Ratings bands and other conditions shown only serve as an indication as to how races will likely be programmed. As nominations permit race conditions will be programmed to ensure horses can race in a competitive environment whilst also optimising field sizes and where possible ensuring as many horses as possible gain a start. In consultation with affected trainers and if necessary for the movement of horses,concessions for concession claiming junior drivers may be applied.

2. ONE NOMINATION: Trainers are advised that a horse may only be nominated for One Race at this meeting. Trainers do however have the right to Transfer their horse(s) following the close of Nominations. The Club reserves the right to transfer any horse deemed necessary, unless trainers specify that their horse(s) is NOT to be Transferred.

3. RESTRICTED PROGRAMME: Owners and Trainers please note that this meeting is restricted to a nine race programme.
