ARRAN CHIEF - Driver A Faulks defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly near the 300 metres by allowing ARRAN CHIEF to shift inwards when insufficiently clear of GOLDEN GATE which was checked and in turn broke. After considering the evidence tendered by Stewards and Mr Faulks along with viewing all video replays, the JCA found the charge proven and in consequence suspended Mr Faulks horseman's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including the Forbury Park TC's meeting on 13 July 2017 (4 days). | |
