Race 2 - PGG WRIGHTSON NZ YEARLING SALES 2YO TROT FINAL (MOBILE)
Trainer P Williamson has advised Stewards that blood tests taken from SPRINGBANK LACHIE following its performance at Addington on Friday night have revealed a high blood count consistent with a virus. Mr Williamson added that the gelding will be treated and when recovered return to trials before resuming prior to the Harness Jewels.

IMRAN KHAN - broke passing the 300 metres.
MR FAHRENHEIT - Trainer Mrs L Jones was charged a $25 colour fee.
GRAND PRINCESS - broke entering the first bend. Broke in the middle stages of the run home but soon settled.
RED HARBOUR - broke entering the first bend. Broke again near the 900 metres losing its chance.
JERRY GARCIA - broke near the 150 metres.
CASTLETON TUI - hung inwards throughout.
ABOUT LAST NIGHT - slow to begin. Broke near the 250 metres.

WOODLEA SHAWN - hung outwards throughout the home straight.
SARAH KATE - raced three wide throughout and without cover from the 1200 metres. Weakened passing the 600 metres. Trainer/driver K Cox advised the mare had been striking a knee. She added she would no longer be persevering with the mare from her stable.
REMACHABLE IDEA - paced roughly racing into the first bend and had to be steadied.
MOTU BETTOR BE QUICK - raced three wide throughout.
DODGE PHOENIX - broke on the final turn when towards the rear.
ROCKON STYX - raced wide until improving to the parked position near the 1200 metres. Weakened passing the 500 metres. The connections advised they would no longer be persevering with the mare from their stable.
KOTARE ELITE - Trainer G Payne was charged a $25 colour fee.

MICKEY JAY - gave ground final bend.
EASTWOOD CHIEFTAIN - broke at the start.
GERALD - Driver L Newton advised the sliding blinds did not fully activate.
LIVING LEGEND - broke shortly after the start but soon settled. Held up leaving the final bend. Driver I Lee advised one sliding blind did not activate.
ALLISON STOKKE - broke at the start. Over-raced in the middle stages.
BORN AGAIN DELIGHT - over-raced in the middle stages.
LEADING THE WAY - broke at the start.
MAJOR PATRON - late scratching on veterinary advice at 12.15pm after warming up lame. A veterinary clearance will be required prior to resuming.
GAME CHANGER - broke at the start.
TUSCALOOSA - tangled away.

SARAH PALIN - checked near the 70 metres.
WOT UP - held up early stages of the run home.
TIME FOR DIAMONDS - checked near the 70 metres.
FIRENZE - Driver D Dunn admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) for causing interference by allowing his filly to shift inwards in the run home when not sufficiently clear. The JCA imposed a fine of $350.
ONE OVER DOVER - broke near the 1900 metres.
TIJUANA TAXI - broke at the start losing all chance.

BIRD OF PARADISE - steadied entering the first bend after briefly being placed in restricted room. Held up for clear racing room throughout the home straight. Driver M Williamson reported he did not activate the sliding blinds.
ENGLISH ROSE - Driver R May reported he did not activate the removable deafeners.
PEGASUS KOMMANDER - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room for the majority of the home straight.
MAN OF STEEL - held up early and middle stages of the home straight.

HENRY EYRE - raced wide early stages.
ANGEL OF HARLEM - raced wide early stages.
BLUE CHIP LAD - late scratching at 10.00am on Veterinary advice.
PARAVANI - raced three wide with cover from the 1400 metres.
AMERICAN ALICE - raced wide throughout. Gave ground final bend.
CAPITAL GIRL - raced wide early stages.
 
Race 7 RON BROWN JEWELLERS PACE Video  Video 
DYING TO SEE YOU - failed to secure clear racing room until late in the run home. Driver M Williamson advised as a result the removable gear had not been activated.
BOUND TO IMPRESS - held up in the early stages of the run home.
MEGA WATT - raced roughly near the 500 metres. Trainer/driver J Curtin reported the gelding had hung throughout.
MAGICAL MITCH - fractious prior to the start causing a delay.
MATAU GEM - swung sideways at the start before refusing to take any part in the race. A warning was placed on the mare's standing start record.
SUPREME BANNER - broke shortly after the start. Broke near the 1800 metres and again near the 500 metres. Driver T Williams advised that he would be recommending gear changes.
STAR ATTACK - broke at the start losing all chance.
 
Race 8 NIGHT 'N DAY PARK STORE MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
SCOTLYNN JUSTIS - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend.
ERROL FINN - hung inwards racing into the first bend crowding an inside runner. Trainer/driver J Curtin reported he would not be persevering with the gelding as a racing proposition from his stable.
HAVINARAVUP - broke near the 250 metres when shifting inwards to utilise the passing lane losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Driver C Ferguson admitted a charge under Rule 869(2)(a) for using his whip in an unnecessary manner in the home straight and the JCA imposed a fine of $400.
FRANCO EXETER - raced three wide throughout and tired on the final bend.
JACKALACK SUE - raced wide with cover from the 1400 metres.
QUEEN BEE BARDON - hung outwards in the score up and was back slightly at the start. Driver C Thornley reported he received a punctured sulky tyre on the home turn when laying in.
FRANCO SAXON - held up throughout the home straight.
 
Race 9 BROSNAN TRANSPORT LTD LADIES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
LIVING LEGEND - underwent a pre-race Veterinary examination after starting in Race 3 and was cleared to start.
MY CASH - Trainers K & T Barron were issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice after the mare was presented without the notified sliding blinds. Checked and broke entering the first turn but soon settled. Held up early and middle stages of the home straight.
NOVAK - checked entering the first turn.
THATS BETTOR - tightened racing into the first turn and lay in despite the efforts of driver A Lethaby checking MY CASH. An investigation was held into this incident however blame could not be solely attached to any individual driver or horse.
GERALD - underwent a pre-race Veterinary examination after starting in Race 3 and was cleared to start. Over-raced in the early and middle stages when outside the leader. Gave ground final bend. Junior driver K Blakemore was spoken to advisedly in relation to the manner in which she drove entering the first turn and reminded of her obligations.
CHIEF KAPAI - raced three wide throughout. Tired final stages.
BOOSTER - checked entering the first turn. Held up early on the final turn.
ILDIVO - hampered briefly entering the first turn. Held up early on the final turn and in the initial stages of the run home.
REAL DASH - raced three wide without cover until near the 800 metres. Tired from the 600 metres.
ALL NUTS N BOLTS - hampered briefly entering the first turn.

DALNESS MAC - held up briefly on the final turn.
CHEVRONS REWARD - paced roughly rounding the first bend.
SHARDAN SUZIE - held up for clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the home straight.

OVER THE LOVE - broke entering the first bend and was retired from the event.
HIGHLAND STAR - broke at the start.
WITHEZE - switched to a pace and then broke entering the first bend. Broke late in the run home. Driver J Ford advised that he felt that the mare had tied up and would be returning to the trials prior to resuming.
