Race 1 MCDONALDS REAL ESTATE/RALPH VOSSELER SOLICITOR HCP TROT Video  Video 
MALABAR SPUR - was held up from inside the 400 metres until getting clear racing room passing the 150 metres.
CAITLIN'S SURPRISE - ran off when in the lead shifting wider on the track losing ground passing the 1600 metres before improving forward to take the lead again. Was inclined to lay out and shift wider on the track at the 400 metres and weakened out during the run home. Driver D Butcher advised that the mare shied away from the winning post approaching the 1600 metres.
SECRETOFTHESEA SMILE - broke shortly after the start and again near the 1900 metres losing its chance.
AWA CATHRINE - stood on the mark, failing to move away losing considerable ground and its chance. A warning was placed on the mare's standing start manners.
MEYER LANSKY - broke approaching the 300 metres.
AUNTY JAN - Driver A Pyers advised that the mare over-raced in the middle stages when racing without cover and failed to run on finishing in 7th place 15 lengths in arrears of the winner.
The authorization of the payment for 3rd (MALABAR SPUR) and 4th (ABOVE THE REST) placings was withheld until Stewards viewed the photo finish.

ZARA BROWN - inclined to over-race when trailing the leader in the middle stages. Driver K Marshall was warned to correct his whip action.
BURNING REIGN - paced roughly over the initial stages. Inclined to lay out when in the lead.
HEAVENLY MAIDEN - raced three wide from the 800 metres.
DELIGHTFUL ART - raced three wide with cover from the 600 metres.

SUNHAVEN BOSS - paced roughly and broke shortly after the start before settling at the rear. A final warning was placed on this mare's mobile barrier manners record.
BULLY'S ROCKET - lay in badly when racing three wide without cover when approaching the home bend giving Driver S Abernethy a difficult drive. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
DIAMOND PRINCE - broke for a few strides when racing at the rear approaching the 1000 metres. Improved three wide with cover inside the 800 metres. Forced to race four wide rounding the home bend before failing to run on to finish at the rear beaten 15 lengths. Driver S Phelan could offer no explanation in regard to the disappointing performance. He added that the gelding had pulled up well after the race and displayed a normal recovery.
HOLD ALL BETS - held up throughout the run home.
RAZOR BROGDEN - held up for clear racing room until near the 200 metres.

SUZIE PEE JAY - broke shortly after the start losing its chance. A warning was placed on this filly's mobile barrier manners.
QUEEN LOSTRIS - held up throughout the run home.
 
Race 5 BIOSORTED/ECOLAB/RJ EAGARS LTD MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
CHARLIE HARPER - raced one out without cover and weakened from the 350 metres.
KATE JACKSON - broke late in the score up losing considerable ground. Became unbalanced over the crossing losing several lengths. The mare was declared unruly for mobile starts.
STARS DELIGHT - inconvenienced by a tiring runner passing the 350 metres.

HIGHLAND STAR - broke for a few strides at the start.
GREY STOKE - broke while in the lead at the 600 metres losing its chance. Driver P Ferguson advised the gelding was travelling well within itself and that he felt that it slipped in its action with its hind legs. Trainer L Edwards advised that she would look at adjusting its half-hopples.
HARRY H - broke at start losing considerable ground and was eventually pulled up. Trainer D Gale was issued a final warning to improve the racing manners of HARRY H.
 
Race 7 QUINTIN OAKES BUILDERS STRATFORD CUP (HANDICAP PACE) Video  Video 
ELDOLAR - raced in restricted room to the inside of HUDY HAXWELL when improving three wide passing the 800 metres briefly locking wheels with NO WAY ELSE.
EVERYTHING - broke briefly at the start.
NO WAY ELSE - broke for a few strides at the start. Inclined to lay in when being improved three wide passing the 2000 metres.
PAY ME VISA - forced to race four wide from the 1000 metres.
HUDY HAXWELL - became fractious and delayed start.
THOMAS MCBRIDE - broke for several strides and was slow away.

JOEMARO - over-raced outside the leader in the middle stages.
MISTER HARRIS - inclined to lay out during the running. Failed to get clear racing room until inside the final 150 metres.
IMAJOLLYWALLY - held up over the early stages of the run home.
