After questioning drivers it was established that DANCING IN THE DARK had ducked inwards sharply when rounding the bend, simultaneous to SHE'S A FLYIN commencing an outwards shift. After viewing the films Stewards were satisfied no blame could be apportioned to any one horse or horseman and accordingly no further action was deemed necessary.|
