MALABAR SPUR - broke approaching the first bend losing ground.
MISTRESS CASTLETON - tired from the middle stages to finish distanced. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed the mare was suffering from muscle tie up. A veterinary certificate of fitness is required before it resumes.
BROOKSIDE COLT - broke at the start losing all chance.
SPEEDY EARL - broke at the start and settled at the rear.
CLIFDEN CLOWERS - gave ground final turn.
DANKE - broke at the start and settled towards the rear.
THE SCRUFF - Driver P Ferguson advised that the gelding threw a shoe during the running and that the nearside number came adrift but did not hinder the gelding.

MYCHRISTIAN - The filly was held up until late in the run home with Driver G Small activating the sliding blinds but not the removable deafeners.
LYNX - broke entering the first turn losing all chance. A warning was placed against this mare's racing manners.
THE C E O - Inclined to lay out and was reluctant to take the passing lane for the run home.
VALMARA - broke at the start losing ground before settling. Broke again passing the 200 metres. A warning was placed against this mare's mobile barrier and racing manners records.

MIDNIGHT HOUR - weakened from inside the 800 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an arrhythmia which self-corrected. A veterinary certificate of fitness is required before it resumes.
JERSEY JOE WALCOTT - raced three wide middle stages and was unable to secure the position outside the leader which was being held by COTTONWOOD and then gave ground final turn.
COTTONWOOD - broke early in the score-up, recovered, racing fiercely in the score-up and early stages before reaching one out without cover and continued to over-race during the middle stages when outside the leader.
REBEL RICHIE - held up final stages when unable to secure clear running.
GO PADDY - lay out at various stages of the running.
 
Race 4 ACCOMMODATION GATEWAY MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
REGENCY FRANCO - paced roughly and weakened from inside the last 400 metres.
DELIGHTFUL ZEN - checked near the 900 metres.
P TOMADO - hung and broke near the 900 metres checking trailing runners but soon settled. A warning was placed on this gelding's racing manners record.
JANRON - checked near the 900 metres and was obliged to race four wide thereafter.
BRAINSTORMER - Trainer D Gale advised that the gelding had a minor abrasion to its near hind pastern sustained prior to being transported to the course. A veterinary examination cleared the gelding to race.
OUR WICKLOW - broke near the 300 metres after making marginal contact with the sulky wheel of DELIGHTFUL ZEN. An investigation established that Driver D Butcher shifted DELIGHTFUL ZEN inward from a three wide to a two wide position and at the same time OUR WICKLOW was improving forward with Driver S Phelan activating gear and applying the whip. After reviewing the evidence and taking into account the racing manners of OUR WICKLOW Driver D Butcher was given the benefit of the doubt and no further action was deemed necessary.

STRAWB'S CHIPPIE - over-raced middle stages. Held up on the final turn.
 
Race 6 OSBORNE GROUP CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
HALSTON BROMAC - weakened from the 500 metres.
SOLDIER - held up at the rear of the field when trailing weakening runners leaving the back straight the last time.
MEGATRON - weakened from the 500 metres impeding a trailing runner.
PURE DESIRE - held up rounding the final bend.
TENNYSON INLET - paced roughly when being eased from cramped quarters inside of MEGATRON which had been momentarily shifted wider on the track passing the 1000 metres.
