Trainer P Court has informed Stewards that BEYOND BELIEF has recovered well after its disappointing performance last week adding that the mare will continue with her programme at Addington this Friday.

BETTA GO FERNCO - hung outwards in the early stages. Driver J McDermott advised that one removable deafener had not activated.
EJA PATRON - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend.
DON PIERRE - driver T Woodward will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the manner in which he drove in the early stages.
AS KIWI AS - checked near the 600 metres and broke.
HERE WE GO AGAIN - driver A White was fined $500 by the JCA after admitting a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly near the 600 metres when shifting outwards checking the tiring MAJOR PATRON and the trailing AS KIWI AS. Mr White also admitted a breach of Rule 867 in that he drove with his foot out of the sulky footrest over the concluding stages and was fined $100 by the JCA. Mr White was warned under Rule 869(1) for looking around unduly over the final stages.
LIVING LEGEND - locked wheels with another runner near the 1400 metres.
ERROL FINN - paced roughly final bend.
MAJOR PATRON - raced four wide between the 1700 metres and 1300 metres. Stewards investigated a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule at this stage of the race. After viewing replays it was established that AS KIWI AS had already commenced its outwards movement prior to MAJOR PATRON reaching its wheel and the matter was taken no further. Checked near the 600 metres and lost ground.
VANHALEM - locked wheels with another runner near the 1400 metres, driver A Edge reported he sustained a punctured sulky tyre as a result.

DEVA JONES - broke in the latter stages of the score up. Gave ground from the 600 metres.
HEAVENLY LOVE - broke entering the first bend when placed in restricted room. Stewards opened and adjourned an investigation into this incident.
BENCHMARK - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend. Raced keenly middle stages. Held up leaving the final bend. Trotted unevenly in the home straight.
LAUGH AND CRY - trainers G & N Hope were issued with a Minor Infringement Notice and fined $50 after being late to notify that the mare would be racing with half hopples on. Broke over the concluding stages. Authorisation of 5th placing was withheld until it was confirmed the mare had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations.
JEAN SEBASTIEN - hung inwards when being restrained racing into the first bend. Raced wide in the early and middle stages. Trotted roughly and broke near the 900 metres. Driver J Markham reported that the gelding had sprung the near fore shoe.
INSIGNIFICANT - held up leaving the final bend.
GLASS HALF FULL - was slow in the initial stages of the score up and was out of position at the start. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts. Driver D Dunn reported he did not activate the removable deafeners.
SUNNY DEMON - checked first bend. Broke near the 200 metres.
LITTLE ROCKET - trotted roughly in the score up. Broke late in the run home.

DONEGAL RUNDLESCREEK - hung outwards in the score up and was back slightly at the start. Raced keenly passing the 1500 metres. Gave ground final bend.
VERA'S DELIGHT - raced keenly rounding the first bend. Driver M Hurrell with the assistance of his employer B McLellan admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly near the 1500 metres when shifting inwards checking SAILS which broke. After hearing submissions on penalty the JCA suspended Mr Hurrell's Junior Horseman's Licence from the conclusion of racing on 16 October 2016 up to and including 23 October 2016 (2 days). Held up final bend.
HOPEFUL HARRIET - hung inwards rounding the final bend and in the home straight.
EARS BURNING - hampered near the 1500 metres. Driver N McGrath reported he was unable to activate the removable deafeners on the entire due to the cord becoming entangled.
CLASINA MARIA - held up final bend. Paced roughly in the home straight.
SAILS - paced roughly at the start. Checked and broke near the 1500 metres. Raced keenly in the middle stages.

MISS MEDLEY - broke as the start was effected. The connections were advised that the mare would now be drawn unruly for future mobile starts. Gave ground from the 600 metres.
FARELLA - broke passing the 2400 metres. Tired from the 700 metres.
DAYLIGHT ROBBERY - raced wide in the early stages before reaching the parked position near the 1800 metres. Over raced middle stages.
STOP MEANS STOP - late scratching at 10.35am on veterinary advice.
ELITE EXCUSE - hampered in the early stages.
BLADE - hung inwards passing the 150 metres.
ROCKNROLL LEGEND - held up final bend. Hung inwards passing the 100 metres.

NATIVES LASTING LOVE - fractious prior to the start. Over raced middle stages. Held up final bend.
IDLE MONKEY - Start was delayed as gear needed adjusting. Slow over the early stages.
ASTRAPI - broke near the 2300 metres. Held up final bend.
GEE GEES INVASION - trotted roughly over the early stages. Locked wheels with QUEVERT late in the run home. Stewards withheld authorisation of 3rd placing being awarded to QUEVERT until driver R Holmes (GEE GEES INVASION) had viewed the replay and elected not to proceed with a protest.
QUEVERT - raced greenly near the 1200 metres and shifted outwards. Shifted outwards marginally over the concluding stages and locked wheels with GEE GEES INVASION.
LOTHARIO - broke at the start. Hung inwards leaving the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight.

HAPPY HEIDI - hung outwards in the home straight. The offside mudguard broke in the home straight.
DREAMY DAMIEN - shifted inwards marginally near the 100 metres and broke when placed in restricted room. Stewards questioned drivers R May (USAIN COLT), J Cox (HAPPY HEIDI) and M Jones (DREAMY DAMIEN) regarding this incident. After considering their explanations and viewing the replays, Stewards were unable to apportion blame on any one horse or driver and no further action was deemed necessary.
USAIN COLT - shifted inwards marginally near the 100 metres.
LUCIANO - held up in the middle stages of the home straight. Locked wheels with another runner over the final stages.
IMOLA - held up throughout the home straight. Hampered near the 100 metres. Driver G Smith reported that he did not activate the removable gear on the gelding.
SMITHY - hung outwards throughout despite the efforts of driver C Thornley. Shifted up the track in the home straight checking outside runner. A warning was placed on the racing manners of the gelding.
DELIGHTFUL DASH - raced three wide without cover from the 1000 metres. Locked wheels with another runner over the final stages.
TANGOS DELIGHT - out of position at the start. Driver K Butt was warned to make a greater effort to maintain her barrier position.
ASHES TO WINGS - checked near the 100 metres and broke.
DALNESS XCHANGE - hung inwards passing the 100 metres.

SECRET NOTION - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend.
CRACKARED - placed in restricted room racing into the first bend. Shifted outwards leaving the final bend and in the home straight. Driver S Tomlinson was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course.
EDEN FRANCO - hung outwards in the early stages. Shifted outwards in the home straight. Driver J Morrison was warned to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
LIVE TO TELL - held up leaving the final bend.
LOVETODREAM - hung inwards rounding the first bend. Driver N Harris was shown a replay and warned for the manner in which she drove racing into the first bend when placing inside runners in restricted room.
GUPTA'S CULLEN - held up in the early and middle stages of the home straight. Driver K Butt reported that she did not activate the removable deafeners.
ATCHOO - broke near the 1150 metres.

HARRYSUL - trotted roughly final bend and in the home straight.
JAG'S INVASION - hung inwards passing the 1100 metres. Hung inwards in the home straight.

KACHINA - broke in the score up losing considerable ground. Declared unruly for future mobile starts. Hung out final bend and shifted up the track abruptly. A warning was placed on the racing manners of the gelding.
THEFIXER - hung outwards passing the 200 metres before being corrected by driver J Cox.
SMILEY SOPHIE - inconvenienced in the score up.
