Race 8 - METALCRAFT ROOFING/UNITED STEEL FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
Stewards concluded their investigation into the manner M House (HANNAH EXTREME) drove near the 150 metres which resulted in STOLE THE SHOW (S Ottley) breaking. M House admitted a subsequent charge under Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground. After considering submissions on penalty, the JCA imposed a suspension of Mr House's Horseman's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 September up to and including 23 September 2016 (2 days).

Trainer K Chapman has informed Stewards that following its disappointing run at Addington last week BAKARI was lethargic in days subsequent with the decision made to send the gelding for a spell.
Race 5 - FAULKS INVESTMENTS LTD MOBILE PACE
Co-Trainer D Butt has advised Stewards that IDEALINDIAMONDS has shown no ill-effects from its run at Addington last week and added that the entire has worked well in preparation for its assignment this Friday.
Race 7 - ALLIED SECURITY MAURICE HOLMES VASE (STANDING START)
Trainer B Shirley has informed Stewards that blood tests taken from COSTA DEL MAGNIFICO after its disappointing performance at Addington last week have revealed no abnormalities adding that the entire has worked pleasingly in preparation for the Hannon Memorial at Oamaru this Sunday.
Co-Trainer G Hope has advised Stewards that SEEL THE DEAL has undergone a wind operation after making respiratory noises during the running last Friday at Addington with initial reports suggesting a successful outcome.
Race 10 - PEEK EXHIBITION MOBILE PACE
Trainer M Jones has advised Stewards that AMMISADUQA has recovered well from its disappointing performance at Addington last Friday citing inexperience as a contributing factor for the effort. Mr Jones added that the gelding would return to the workouts prior to its next race start.

Trainer T Stratford has informed Stewards that following its performance at Winton last Sunday when the colt choked down, MUCHO MACHO MAN has recovered well and worked pleasingly in preparation for its engagement at Oamaru this weekend.

FOUR STARZZZ SPECIAL - hung inwards into the passing lane in the early stages of the run home.
EJA PATRON - locked wheels near the 1600 metres.
HIGHLAND REIGN - held up throughout the home straight.
FRANCO TARIQ - inconvenienced near the 1600 metres.
AVEROSS BRACHOLE - inconvenienced near the 1600 metres.

KITURA - paced roughly shortly after the start. Hung inwards rounding first bend. Hung inwards again passing the 1400 metres.
TRIXIE BROMAC - Junior driver H Jerard warned to exercise greater care when shifting ground inwards approaching the 1500 metres.
KARDESLER - driver R Payne reported that only one removable deafener had activated.
HANNAH EXTREME - raced wide in the early stages.
SWEET MARYLOU - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver C DeFilippi. Gave ground from the 600 metres. Post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the mare.
TIGER THOMPSON - inconvenienced approaching the 1500 metres. Driver J Curtin reported that the gelding hung inwards on the bends throughout.

LIVING LEGEND - when questioned regarding the performance, driver J Dunn could offer no explanation other than to suggest the horse may not have backed up from its last start.
GOING TO CALIFORNIA - broke near the 300 metres after striking the sulky wheel of GUNPOWDER. Junior driver D Keast admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly and was suspended by the JCA from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 17 September 2016 (2 days).
MACH'S TERMINATOR - broke the off side hopple connecting strap during the running. Stewards inspected gear and found to be in good condition.
C'EST L'HEURE - paced roughly late in the score up.
GEORGIE MACH - failed to maintain contact with the field from inside the last 1000 metres. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed against the racing performance of this mare.

ASK ME ART - over-raced throughout. Broke near the 200 metres. Driver J Dunn advised that the gelding had choked down. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on this gelding's racing manners record.
FLORETA - held up final bend.
JUDY JETSON - gave ground final bend.
KASHANA - driver N McGrath warned for the manner he drove in the middle stages when contesting a position in the two wide line.
SICILIAN SECRET - raced wide in early stages and was restrained to the rear of the field.
ONEDIN HIGHLANDER - driver B Butt warned for the manner he drove in the middle stages when contesting a position in the two wide line.

DARYL BOKO - driver B Orange was warned to exercise greater care when shifting ground inward inside the 1800 metres.
VALMAGNE - momentarily placed in restricted room inside the 1800 metres requiring driver J Curtin to take hold.
HARRYSUL - trotted roughly over the initial stages. Held up in the home straight, trotted roughly and broke passing 100 metres.
SUNNY RUBY - when questioned regarding the performance, driver G Smith reported that the mare had been unsuited to racing parked however had been disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

CMEEROCK - when spoken to regarding the performance, driver J Dunn advised that after improving to the lead in the middle stages he had been taken on by other runners thereafter with the effort taking its toll.

BLADE - raced wide in the early stages.
LAYTONS CRUSADER - raced wide in the early stages.
PADDINGTON CENTRAL - paced roughly after 200 metres. Held up passing the 600 metres. Held up final bend.

BENJI MARA - cast a hind shoe shortly after the start.
RAH DE RAH - driver B Hutton was warned to be in position at the candy pole. Raced keenly in the early stages.
