Race 3 TRAC SPORTS BAR MOBILE PACE Video  Video
ARMABLUECHIPBOY - paced roughly for several strides after being shifted wider by PARTY RAGE passing the 600 metres.
AWESOME DUDE - broke shortly after the start before settling at the rear of the field. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier manners of this gelding. Driver Z Butcher was questioned regarding the manner in which he drove on the final turn when leading where AWESOME DUDE shifted outwards which enabled the trailing runner LINCOLNS KEEPSAKE to obtain an inside run prior to reaching the passing lane. Mr Butcher stated that AWESOME DUDE had tended to lay out during the running which was compounded by the gaiting strap being on the near side rather than the off and that he was concerned that the gelding may have galloped again had he have taken greater corrective action on the final turn. After considering the matter Mr Butcher's comments were noted however, he was advised to ensure that he drives in a manner in the future which leaves no room for query.
