D Butcher in regard to his manoeuvre on ROCKON BYE when he shifted ground outward off the leader's back HEZABLUECHIPBOY racing towards the first bend. ROCKON BYE which had drawn 1 behind the mobile barrier shifted ground outward to race one out without cover which momentarily inconvenienced LAMBROS. Driver D Butcher was entitled to shift ground outward as LAMBROS was not improving forward. Mr Butcher explained that when he started the manoeuvre to shift off the leader HEZABLUECHIPBOY's back, HEZABLUECHIPBOY was eased in the lead which required him to shift out more abruptly than he intended.
