RUEBE DESIRE paced unevenly in the score up and was a length out of position at the start.
ROCKON BYE lay in on the bends in particular approaching the 800 metres losing several lengths. This filly contacted two track markers when driver D. Butcher activated gear over the early stages of the run home.
RUEBE DESIRE lay out throughout the run home.
 
Race 2 S 'N J ARCHER LTD HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
Trainer K. Sefonte was charged a colour fee of $25.00 for GOTTA GO TWINKLE.
GRENADO was fractious prior to the barrier stands being released swinging sideways and was slow away.
LA FEMME DE GOL was slow away and then broke 100 metres after the start losing considerable ground. This mare was placed on the unruly list for standing starts at the trainer's request.
MAJESTIC GAL was unable to hold the leaders back from the 1000 metres and drifted back through the field. After settling toward the rear MAJESTIC GAL recovered rounding the home bend but broke with 60 metres to run.
DUKE CASTLETON improved outward, from trailing the leader LOVE THE MOMENT, passing the 300 metres and was held up for clear racing room until inside the last 100 metres.
ANZAC was held up for clear racing room over the early and middle stages of the run home.
LOVE THE MOMENT broke free of interference passing the 60 metres.
 
Race 3 CULLEY'S HOT SAUCES FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
DESIRABLE STYX and SUPRIYA were held up rounding the final bend and over the early stages of the run home.
CHANGE THE RULZ (favourite) raced at the rear throughout to improve three wide from inside the 600 metres, four wide rounding the home bend and fought on to finish in 5th place beaten 3.7 lengths.

GIN broke 150 metres after the start losing its chance.
BLAZING UNDER FIRE (favourite) broke free of interference racing into the first bend and lost its chance.
MOMENT OF TRUTH lay in rounding the final bend.
Driver A. Neal momentarily dropped his foot from the sulky foot rest when activating gear on LUCKY FORTUNE passing the 250 metres.
MAKAREWA JAKE was held up for clear racing room between the 100 metre and the 50 metre marks.
MOMENT OF TRUTH trotted roughly and broke approaching the 50 metres.
 
Race 5 GVI LOGISTICS HANDICAP PACE Video  Video 
CULINARY DELIGHT broke for a couple of strides at the start.
A DAMN GOOD EXCUSE made a tardy beginning and was slow away.
BRYDON IDEAL (favourite) broke at the start losing at least 60 metres, caught the field with 1700 metres to run and ran on to finish 6th, beaten 2.4 lengths.

THE PRINCE broke at the start losing considerable ground, breaking again passing the 100 metres.
TERESKOVA broke approaching the first bend losing approximately five to six lengths.
KD HALL broke passing the 2400 metres losing considerable ground.
BOBBY BREEN broke passing the 300 metres.
Junior Driver D. Ferguson was shown the video coverage of his drive on RARE OPPORTUNITY in regard to a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule approaching the 1400 metres, when he improved this gelding from a two wide to three wide position which momentarily placed REALMEIN (P. Butcher) in a four wide position.
 
Race 7 SMITH AND PARTNERS MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
BOPPER JET which drew the unruly position was two lengths out of position at the start.
SAMARITAN paced roughly when being eased to a trail racing toward the first bend.
LAMBROS contacted track markers rounding the first bend.
SAMARITAN weakened inside the last 350 metres.
LAMBROS was held up rounding the final bend and late in the run home with Driver M. McKendry unable to drive the gelding out to full advantage.
 
Race 8 BOOK THE ATC BUS TO THE HARNESS JEWELS MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
IDEAL WORLD (favourite) raced without cover outside the leader and challenged for the lead over the early stages of the run home and was run down to finish 5th, beaten 2.6 lengths.
