| When questioned regarding the performance of the well favoured BET OUT OF ELL, Driver R. May stated the gelding had felt lethargic throughout also adding the gelding had failed to handle the bends when hanging outwards. A subsequent veterinary examination failed to detect any abnormalities. Trainer A. Donnelly advised that she would be having a further veterinary examination carried out in the coming days and undertook to notify Stewards if anything came to light. | |

GINTARAS was also checked in this incident and broke losing all chance. | |
