Race 1 ANZAC DAY REMEMBRANCE MOBILE TROT Video  Video 
RISE TO SUCCESS broke in the early stages of the score up and was back several lengths at despatch.
HARRY H broke in the middle stages of the score up losing considerable ground.
PRETTY FANTASTIC raced three wide for the first 800 metres before crossing to race outside the leader.
WAR MACHINE trotted roughly and lost a length passing the 800 metres after being shifted three wide by ANZAC.
HARRY H gave ground from the 700 metres.
MORTICIAN lay in when weakening from the 500 metres inconveniencing MADDISON WILD for some strides. MORTICIAN then broke near the 200 metres. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was showing a slow recovery with signs of respiratory distress. Connections were advised that a veterinary clearance would be required before resuming.
PRETTY FANTASTIC trotted roughly under pressure in the run home and could not be fully driven out.
Driver D Butcher advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners on the winner ANGUS FOGG.
 
Race 2 HARNESS JEWELS COCKTAIL FUNCTION MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
WHALE RIDER raced fiercely into the first turn.
STUNNING SHADOW paced roughly for a stride and contacted a marker peg entering the first turn when being restrained as MEDIA QUEEN was eased to shift down to take up a position on the marker line.
DREAM TO SHARE raced three wide from the 1200 metres and then weakened from within the 400 metres.
FLIGHT DECK and TUHERBS TWO locked wheels for several strides near the 1100 metres with SUPERIMPOSED, which was in behind, being taken out four wide to improve forward.
TUHERBS TWO appeared to lay in on the final turn.
STUNNING SHADOW paced roughly and then stumbled going into a break with 70 metres to run. A warning was placed against this gelding's racing manners.
 
Race 3 KEVIN DYSART RETIREMENT FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
CLASS MAJOR paced roughly in the early stages. CLASS MAJOR (Favourite) then raced outside the leader before receiving cover approaching the 800 metres but failed to run on finishing 9th place beaten 10.2 lengths. When questioned regarding the performance Trainer/Driver T Mitchell stated that the filly had raced greenly throughout and he expected natural improvement with the run.
TAKEMETOTHEBEACH weakened over the final stages.
DESIRABLE STYX was removed from the unruly for future mobiles.
 
Race 4 DUNSTAN FEEDS HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
SARAH LINDENNY (favourite) broke shortly after the start adding a further 40 metres to its handicap.
GREY STOKE, which was improving three wide without cover, broke approaching the 1700 metres losing ground before settling at the rear of the field. This gelding then broke again passing the 900 metres losing all chance.
PRIMUS INTER PARES broke inside the 400 metres losing its chance.
Co-Trainers S McCaffrey & R Paynter were issued with a $100 minor infringement notice for presenting PRIMUS INTER PARES without the notified blind.
 
Race 5 MITRE 10 MEGA CAMBRIDGE FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
BOUNDARY ROW broke entering the first turn checking MOULIN BROMAC before settling at the rear. A warning was placed on this mare's racing manners.
EMERSON MARGARET raced three wide for the first 650 metres before being restrained to the rear.
EMERSON MARGARET was held up early on the final turn when towards the rear.
 
Race 6 HARNESS JEWELS HOSPITALITY PACKAGES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
Trainer A Grant was charged a $25 colour fee for PLATINUM POKER.
BALIUS lay in during the score up.
Driver N Chilcott (CHRISTIAN FALCON) was cautioned for failing to have her gelding fully in position at despatch.
ACES N EIGHTS over-raced during the middle stages when three back on the marker line.
ARIZONA EYRE, which raced outside the leader throughout, gave ground over the final stages.
 
Race 7 COMBINED PROBUS CLUBS OF OTOROHANGA MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
There were no claims lodged for AMBRO COURAGE or OUR SOUTHERN MAN.
STAND SURE paced roughly passing the 1200 metres when racing at the rear after there was an easing of the pace.
WYNBERG COURAGE was held up for clear racing room until the last 100 metres.
NORVIC RUBY (favourite) setted three back one out, improved three and four wide from inside the 400 metres and ran on to finish 4th beaten 4.5 lengths.
 
Race 8 CHRISTIAN CULLEN HANDICAP PACE Video  Video 
TIGHT LIPPED was claimed by Mr P Gray from New South Wales.
There were no claims for ON THE RAZZLE.
SAGE CREEK broke briefly at the start losing several lengths.
CELTIC WARRIOR broke at the start with the off side sulky shaft coming adrift from the quick-hitch harness but was maintained in position by the safety strap. This gear was subsequently inspected and found to be in good order with no action taken against Trainer T Vince other than to note the circumstances.
MACS CREATION broke at the start, adding to its 20 metre handicap.
SIR RICHIE raced three wide for the first 800 metres before crossing to race outside the leader.
LOLA JONES, CELTIC WARRIOR and ZAKSPATROL were held up over the final stages when unable to secure clear running.
Driver T Mitchell (CELTIC WARRIOR) briefly dropped his left foot from the sulky footrest on the final turn.
 
Race 9 PHIL COURTNEY RETIREMENT MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
Z Butcher was approved as a late change of driver for RED MAGIC after listed driver B Butcher was stood down due to a re-occurrence of a recent sporting injury.
ITSOKBEINGBETTER over-raced in the middle stages.
IDEAL FLIPFLOP, which was trailing the leader, broke near the 1300 metres checking RAZOR BROGDEN, which broke, and RED MAGIC, with the body of the field having to take evasive action. A warning was placed against the racing manners of IDEAL FLIPFLOP.
RED MAGIC was then taken wide by Driver Z Butcher after breaking a hopple side carrier during the incident near the 1300 metres with the gelding racing at the rear of the field for the remainder.
ITSOKBEINGBETTER raced wide when taking evasive action near the 1300 metres and was then obliged to remain three wide after DELIGHTFUL ART improved to its inside near the 1100 metres.
FREDDY FUNK raced fiercely down the back straight the final time when three back on the marker line.
Driver D Butcher (THEPHANTOMTOLLBOOTH) was reprimanded for the manner in which he drove when applying the whip on several occasions in the run home after having briefly dropped his right foot from the sulky footrest.

T Lethaby was approved as a late driver change on LARCH in place of the injured B Butcher.
ISA SMILING (unruly) was back approximately three lengths at despatch.
OPAWA SPEED broke entering the first turn losing all chance.
ISA SMILING (favourite) broke passing the 500 metres losing all chance.
FRANCO NADAL broke passing the 300 metres losing ground before settling.
LARCH broke near the 250 metres losing considerable ground.
Authorisation of the 4th placing of LARCH was withheld until it was confirmed that the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when galloping on the final turn.
