Race 1 CLARKSONS SUPPLIERS OF ADDINGTONS TRACK SIGNAGE MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
Trainer C Dalgety was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for breaching Rule 849(2) by presenting GLITZY GAL with an incorrect saddlecloth.
MAGICAL MURF was back from position throughout the score up while OHOKA D C was unable to maintain its position over the later stages of the score up.
GLITZY GAL paced roughly racing into the first bend.
Passing the 1600 metres OHOKA D C broke losing all chance, checking the trailing GUNPOWDER and GLITZY GAL which broke with SARAMON, LADY WARHOL and LIVE TO TELL being inconvenienced. A warning was placed on the racing manners of OHOKA D C.
MAGICAL MURF was caught three wide without cover for the entire journey.
MAGICAL MURF hung inwards rounding the final bend when tiring.
GLITZY GAL was held up briefly early in the run home.
MAJOR OVERDRIVE hung inwards early in the run home.
GUNPOWDER hung outwards throughout the home straight when attempting to improve along the passing lane.

The start was delayed due to ANOTHER DELIGHT breasting the barrier strand.
NATIVES LASTING LOVE broke at the start after the barrier failed to clear fully with this filly soon settling.
DEBANEYRE and IZINTHEZONE broke over the early stages losing considerable ground.
DEBANEYRE was placed on the unruly for future standing starts at the trainer's request.
HARRIET OF MOT and LOOK AHEAD broke after 150 metres and trailed the field throughout.
THE DENNISTON ROSE broke near the 2100 metres losing its chance.
MISSIE CASTLETON hung inwards on the bend near the 1600 metres.
CONSIDER ME NOW trotted roughly passing the 800 metres and commenced to lose ground.
BOYZ LET LOOSE broke near the 700 metres.
IZINTHEZONE gave ground with 500 metres to run.
NATIVES BRITE GEM was held up early in the run home and again just short of the winning post.
ARRAN CHIEF and MISSIE CASTLETON had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the run home.
ARRAN CHIEF trotted roughly over the concluding stages.

Junior Driver K Cox (SANS LE SOU) was warned for shifting out onto the back of JACKO late in the score up. In considering this matter Stewards were of the opinion that no unfair advantage had been obtained due to SANS LE SOU being the only runner on the second line.
The off hind hopple loop on JACKO broke shortly after the start. This gear was inspected and found to be in good order.
SICILIAN SECRET raced keenly in the early stages when being restrained.
JACKO gave ground rounding the final bend inconveniencing the trailing MAJOR PATRON.
Junior driver J Young (HIGHLAND REIGN) encountered difficulty activating the deafeners early in the run home.
 
Race 4 CLARKSONS BUILDING SIGNAGE & WINDOW FROSTING HANDICAP PACE Video  Video 
PARRAMATTA paced roughly in the early stages.
MADDISON HILL hung inwards near the 1600 metres.
COURAGE TO FLY commenced to tire from the 1000 metres and was retired from the race. When questioned regarding the performance of the gelding, driver B Orange could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the horse was suffering from heart arrhythmia. Trainer A Faulks advised that COURAGE TO FLY would now be sent for a spell. A veterinary clearance including an ECG will be required prior to COURAGE TO FLY resuming.
When questioned regarding the performance of PARRAMATTA (2nd favourite) co-trainer/driver T Chmiel stated that after being caught three wide early and settling back, the gelding had been under pressure throughout with the strong tempo and only finished on fairly into 7th place beaten 6.3 lengths.
 
Race 5 GARRARDS SIRES STAKES SERIES NO.32 (Heat 3) MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
FIRST CLASS ARDEN, CODE BLACK and ALTA LAS VEGAS raced wide throughout.
CHASE THE DREAM over-raced in the middle stages when outside the leader.
ARDEN'S LEGACY gave ground from the 600 metres with the trailing HARRY HOO being inconvenienced when briefly held up.
ALTA LAS VEGAS was inconvenienced near the 250 metres when shifted wider on the track by ART FORM.
Driver D Butcher (ART FORM) momentarily dropped his right foot from the sulky footrest early in the run home when activating the deafeners.
When questioned regarding the incident near the 250 metres driver J Dunn (ALTA LAS VEGAS) stated that his gelding had been travelling well prior to being shifted wider but had then lost interest and only battled in the run home. Driver D Butcher was questioned regarding this incident and stated that ART FORM had raced greenly during the running and had shifted out abruptly despite his efforts. The respective comments were noted.
 
Race 6 NEVELE R FILLIES SERIES NO.37 (Heat 7) MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
CLASSICAL ART hung inwards and struck pylons rounding the first bend.
ART EXHIBIT raced keenly in the middle stages.
LINDA LOVEGRACE was held up for clear racing room in the early and middle stages of the run home.
BETTER B AMAZED was held up for clear racing room near the 100 metres when beaten for a run by LINDA LOVEGRACE.
 
Race 7 PEEK EXHIBITION - MIKE MANSFIELD RETIREMENT TROT Video  Video 
G O'Reilly was an authorised late change of driver on ETHELSVILLE due to L O'Reilly being unwell.
BIG EARS cast a front shoe in the preliminary and due to this not being located the other front shoe was removed at the start. BIG EARS, ETHELSVILLE and DONSMEDAD broke at the start losing all chance.
FIREMAN over-raced in the early stages.
COMMANDER PARIS broke passing the 1600 metres losing its chance.
PETERHOF was obliged to race three wide for the first 1200 metres before crossing to race outside the leader.
YOUNG STRANGER trotted roughly passing the 900 metres.
LITTLE BRO gave ground on the final bend.
SAINT MICHEL and STAR COMMANDO were cleared from the unruly for future standing starts.
 
Race 8 CLARKSONS LEADERS IN DIGITALLY PRINTED SIGNAGE MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
Driver T Chmiel (MCARDLES SMOOTH) was questioned regarding the manner in which he drove near the 1100 metres when he briefly dropped his right foot from the sulky footrest. Mr Chmiel stated that the activation cord for his pull down blinds had shifted and he had been attempting to prevent it from moving further. Mr Chmiel further advised that only one blind had activated in the run home.
BETTY GOLIGHTLY and MCARDLES SMOOTH were held up early on the final bend.
 
Race 9 CLARKSON SIGN STUDIO - THE COMPLETE SIGN STUDIO PACE Video  Video 
BEAUDIENE GAMBLER, YIPPE KI YAY, MISS JUDGEFORD and CIMARRON broke at the start with YIPPE KI YAY and MISS JUDGEFORD settling at the rear.
ASHDAL MAID was back from position when the barrier was released and was slow over the early stages.
CIMARRON raced wide in the early stages before crossing to race outside the leader near the 1200 metres.
BEAUDIENE GAMBLER was held up for clear running until inside the 100 metres.
ASHDAL MAID was held up over the final stages with driver S McNally reporting that he did not activate the deafeners.
