Race 1 FANCY A DRIVE IN A DUAL SULKY FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
DESLUNA broke momentarily as the start was effected.
STELLAMARIEJOY commenced to give ground passing the 600 metres and locked wheels briefly with A GIRL NAMED SUE near the 400 metres. A post race veterinary examination of STELLAMARIEJOY revealed no abnormality.
EDEN PAIGE broke early in the run home checking SOUVENIR GLORY which also galloped. A warning was placed against the racing manners of EDEN PAIGE.
 
Race 2 WAIKATO RUGBY FAREWELL GRAHAM BOWEN HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
THE KEYSTONE KID paced away then broke shortly after the start.
SPRINGFIELD HUGH broke near the 1400 metres displacing its crupper and was retired from the event.
THE KEYSTONE KID broke near the 350 metres losing all chance.

SUPERSONIC MISS over-raced when being restrained in the early stages.

No claims were lodged in this event.
A false start was declared when the front row barrier strand became entangled in the front legs of HOT CHOCOLATE TART after this mare bounded forward prior to the start being effected.
MIGHTY SUNNY swung sideways when the barriers were released checking VERY PERSUASIVE with MIGHTY SUNNY losing considerable ground.
ALEXANDRA LEAVING and ACE MOMENT broke rounding the first bend.
KD HALL broke momentarily near the 1350 metres.
MIGHTY SUNNY laid in and dislodged a marker peg near the 1250 metres.
ALEXANDRA LEAVING broke approaching the 1250 metres losing all chance.
AMY'S INVASION broke passing the 300 metres.
PHIL'S FOLLY tangled away and was slow early.
SILVER STREAM contacted several marker pegs on the final turn. Junior driver S Kane was shown the replay and spoken to advisedly in relation to the manner in which he had driven in this incident.
 
Race 5 BUBLITZ TRANSPORT LTD MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
VOLENTE laid in late in the score up inconveniencing PRESENT ARMS.
VOLENTE commenced to give ground passing the 600 metres.
EYECATCHER FIRE paced roughly leaving the back straight the final time.
BLUE BIRD broke approaching the 350 metres causing EYECATCHER FIRE to shift ground outwards and break. BLUE BIRD was subsequently stood down for 14 days from all stake bearing events.
 
Race 6 GALLAGHER GROUP LTD MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
CROCKET'S CULLEN, which was trailing the leader, broke near the 300 metres briefly inconveniencing BETTORMACK, RUB OF THE GREEN and PURE CHRISTIAN. A warning was placed against the racing manners of CROCKET'S CULLEN.
BETA B QUICK raced lethargically over the early and middle stages before commencing to give ground near the 1000 metres to finished distanced. Trainer/driver J Abernethy stated that the gelding would not be persevered with as a racing proposition from his stable. BETA B QUICK was subsequently stood down for 14 days from all stake bearing events.
 
Race 7 GARRARDS 2YO SIRES STAKES (HEAT 1) MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
SHANDALE was held up rounding the final bend and early in the run home.
Driver S Phelan (HARRY HOO) was warned for racing over the marker peg at the entrance to the passing lane early in the run home.
SHANDALE raced in restricted room late in the run home which resulted in driver M McKendry being unable to drive the colt out to any degree.
Driver P Butcher had difficulty activating the deafener hood on MAX PHACTOR in the run home.

COUGAR BROMAC was slow to begin.
BRYDON DELIGHT was unable to obtain clear running throughout the run home.
 
Race 9 FAIRVIEW MOTORS CAMBRIDGE FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
IDEALISTIC and SPARE CHANGE were both back a length at despatch.
SPARE CHANGE was inclined to lay out throughout the running, and in particular entering the back straight the final time when attempting to improve three wide.
CULLECT A HOLIDAY over-raced during the early and middle stages before improving to race outside the leader near the 800 metres.
WAVERLEY CHAPEL and YOUBETTERYOUBET briefly locked wheels entering the final straight.
MURPHY BROWN tired over the final stages.
Driver J Abernethy (RIVERBOAT SUE) admitted a charge under Rule 869(2)(a) in that he used his whip excessively over the final stages. After hearing submissions on penalty and taking into account Mr Abernethy's record, the JCA imposed a fine of $550.00.
 
Race 10 FIRST CREDIT UNION MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
A Minor Infringement notice was issued to Trainer B Schumacher and a fine of $100 imposed for presenting TINA BRYDON to race without the notified deafeners.
FLANYATTICE over-raced when trailing the leader racing down the back the final time.
 
Race 11 IRT AMATEUR DRIVERS MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
Amateur Driver T Thorby (LOFTY BROGDEN) was issued a warning for the manner in which he drove rounding the first bend when contacting the near side sulky wheel of LAMBRUSCO.
EASY FOR CULLEN was held up until near the 500 metres behind the tiring IMAJOLLYWALLY. A post race veterinary examination of IMAJOLLYWALLY revealed no abnormality.
Amateur Driver S Yoakley admitted a breach of Rule 868(2) in that she failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures between the 1600 metres and 1200 metres to ensure that IMAJOLLYWALLY was given full opportunity to win the race or to obtain the best possible position and/or finishing position by persisting with a challenge for the lead which was being held by BETTORS CARD. After hearing submission as to penalty the Judicial Committee suspended Mrs Yoakley's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 31/05/15.
Amateur Driver S Wigg (WITH A VENGEANCE) is to be spoken to regarding her use of the whip over the concluding stages.
 
Race 12 LONESTAR RICCARTON MOBILE 2YO TROT SIRES STAKES PRELUDE Video  Video 
CYCLONE CHIEF broke shortly after the start and settled at the rear.
MR GOOD AND EVIL broke on the first turn losing considerable ground.
CYCLONE CHIEF broke near the 300 metres inconveniencing MR GOOD AND EVIL. Driver T Macfarlene (CYCLONE CHIEF) was reminded of his obligations to take his breaking horse clear of other runners in the future.
