Race 1 PEGASUS SPUR STANDING AT WOODLANDS STUD HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
Trainer M Jones was issued with a $100 Minor Infringement Notice under Rule 849(2) for presenting EYRE I COME with an incorrect saddlecloth number.
No claims were lodged for SILVER STREAM.
SILVER STREAM broke briefly at the start.
I'VE GOT THIS broke entering the first turn checking SILVER STREAM which also broke with both geldings settling at the rear.
EYRE I COME baulked and broke passing the 2400 metres with AL BUNDY also breaking after taking evasive action.
EYRE I COME broke on the final turn losing its chance.
UNCAS hung inwards and trotted roughly rounding the final bend eventually breaking near the 200 metres.
Driver B. Mangos (SARATOGA) dropped his foot momentarily in the run home.
PRIME POWER underwent treatment from the veterinarian following the event after showing signs of colic.

HARRY HOO was a late scratching at 2.15 pm with a veterinary certificate provided.
EL JACKO broke briefly passing the 900 metres when at the rear.
DARK ENERGY raced greenly passing the 300 metres after Driver T. Mitchell activated the removable gear.
EL JACKO was held up briefly near the 150 metres.
Driver P. Ferguson advised he did not activate the removable deafeners on EL JACKO.
 
Race 3 MITAVITE HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
SHPEEDY was fractious prior to the start. A warning was placed on the standing start manners record of this mare.
MOB STAR broke at the start and took no part.
WANNA PLAY broke entering the first turn losing all chance.
SHPEEDY broke passing the 1900 metres and settled at the rear.
ACE MOMENT broke passing the 1300 metres losing all chance.
SAFFRON CASTLETON hung inwards and brushed pylons rounding the final bend when tiring.
DJOKOVIC (L. Chin) hung outwards near the 200 metres simultaneously to PYRAMID MONARCH (B. Williamson) shifting inwards which in turn hampered SPRINGFIELD LEGACY briefly. Driver L. Chin and B. Williamson were advised to exercise more care when shifting ground in future.
 
Race 4 GOTTA GO CULLEN YOUNG GUNS SERIES (HEAT 5) MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
IDEAL EAGLE hung outwards and paced roughly just prior to the start.
GIRLS ARE BETTOR broke as the start was effected.
GOODLOOKINGBABE and NEK TIME, which had both shown early gate speed, broke entering the first turn inconveniencing DREAM ABOUT ME, KILLER QUEEN and POPPY MAGUIRE which broke briefly.
GOODLOOKINGBABE had to be steadied momentarily passing the 1400 metres when awkwardly placed close to the back of KILLER QUEEN.
KILLER QUEEN hung inwards in the run home.
 
Race 5 N-COMPASS NORTHERN TROTTING BREEDERS STAKES HANDICAP TROT Video  Video 
ELLA'S SPEED broke entering the first turn and settled at the rear.
KINCASLOUGH (favourite) broke passing the 2400 metres losing all chance. Driver J. Dunn advised that KINCASLOUGH had broken after jumping a shadow.
STAR FILLY broke near the 1200 metres losing ground before catching the field near the 800 metres.
REGAL PETITE hung outwards throughout the run home.
JASINSKY raced greenly over the concluding stages.
Driver J. Stormont (OUR DAINTY LADY) was warned to change his whip action.
Driver Z. Butcher (VERY PERSUASIVE) was reminded of his obligations regarding maintaining a straight course in the run home.
 
Race 6 WOODLANDS STUD NORTHERN DERBY PRELUDE (MOBILE) Video  Video 
DOWNUNDER STRIDE broke as the start was effected with the connections warned to improve the gelding's mobile start manners.
ROBBIE BURNS raced keenly in the middle stages.
EXPRESS STRIDE raced wide from the 500 metres.
DELIGHTFUL OFFER had difficulty obtaining clear room in the run home.
Driver T. Williams advised he did not activate the removable deafeners on the winner FOLLOW THE STARS.
Driver B. Mangos (CHANGE STRIDE) dropped his foot momentarily in the run home when activating gear.
 
Race 7 CHARLES ROBERTS NISBA STAKES (MOBILE) Video  Video 
VOLUNTAD commenced to tire from the 400 metres resulting in the trailing THE FASCINATOR being held up for some distance. A subsequent veterinary examination of VOLUNTAD failed to detect any obvious abnormalities.
Driver T. Macfarlane (HERE WE GO AGAIN) was warned to maintain his barrier position to the start.
 
Race 8 PASCOES THE JEWELLERS NORTHERN OAKS (MOBILE) Video  Video 
LOOK AND LISTEN hung outwards shortly after the start.
LINDA LOVEGRACE paced roughly throughout and tired over the concluding stages. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
START DREAMING was held up briefly passing the 400 metres.
Driver D. Butcher (START DREAMING) dropped his foot momentarily in the run home when activating gear.
 
Race 9 AUCKLAND CO-OP TAXIS 300-3000 CITY OF AUCKLAND FFA (MOBILE) Video  Video 
SMOLDA paced roughly throughout breaking briefly near the 1400 metres and was eased down over the concluding stages. When questioned regarding the performance of SMOLDA Driver N. Rasmussen advised the gelding had hung throughout and was striking its knee. Ms Rasmussen further advised the stable would be making gear changes in an attempt to rectify the problem. A post race veterinary examination of SMOLDA revealed no obvious abnormalities.

The offside number on WESLEY SILCOX was removed at the start after it breaking in the preliminary.
Driver M. McKendry (WESLEY SILCOX) briefly dropped his right foot from the sulky foot rest passing the 150 metres when activating gear.
 
Race 11 COCA-COLA MOBILE PACE Video  Video 
CAN'T EXPLAIN IT broke in the early stages of the score up but was in position prior to dispatch.
Driver Z. Butcher (ALIANTE) was warned for using his whip outside the sulky confines in the run home.
